Managed a team of Solution Architects on Clinical Development IT projects (at peaks 8 persons) Participated in the evaluation of Oracle Siebel Clinical as a replacement of the Novartis CTMS solution Led the definition of a project aiming at delivering a Reporting Platform across Oracle Clinical, Oracle Data Capture, Oracle Siebel Clinical and Oracle Adverse Event Reporting Responsible for the 3rd Level Support of the Clinical Trial Management System – outsourced in a mix mode: on- and off-shore.

Co-led the design, setup and implementation of the Clinical Trial Management System Program structure Led global internal and external, on-and off-shore solution delivery teams (MS Health in Dhaka, Bangladesh – Novartis Development IT Center in Mumbai). At peaks I was leading 12 persons in 6 streams . Overall team size was around 35 persons (IT side only). Responsible for the 3rd level support - defined, negotiated and implemented a mixed sourcing model: on- and off-shore (Team size of 6 persons)
