I am currently working on my master thesis project which is based on the development of a scalable transient gene expression process in CHO-DG44 cells for the production of recombinant proteins. It involves gene delivery studies as well as process optimization for the transient production of a recombinant IgG.

I studied the proteome of psoriatic patients skin after exposure to psolaren-UVA phototherapy. It involved the handling of clinical samples and identification of biomarkers in patients that responded to the therapy.
