Japan (Karia) Led the merger and cross-functional integration of BT-Industries and Toyota Material Handling Company. Served as advisor for headquarters and regional top management, and executed the business culture integration as a strategic success factor. Developed and implemented global business solutions including coordination of processes and structures and change management concepts. Managed global cross-functional integration teams including development of goals & actions plans

Belgium (Brussels) Directed the major business change initiatives in Europe. Developed pan European business processes and strategies, defined organizational requirements, and implemented optimized business practices. Managed the development and implementation of a European sales and marketing business concept and system, optimizing the effectiveness of 1,100 sales representatives throughout Europe. Carried out the development of a European ERP solution with 3,400 users in 23 countries.

Sweden (Mjölby) Provided oversight on the largest European business-critical projects, focused on increasing productivity while implementing business-supporting solutions. Supervised and trained European project managers. Facilitated the EURO currency introduction for finance, service, parts, sales and rental operations of the European subsidiaries. Managed the development and implementation of issue handling solution and standard project management method for all European subsidiaries.

Germany (Hannover) Delivered commercial benefits while implementing significant business change programs and ERP system. Spearheaded the centralization of the German Rental business, and coordinated merger of BT Deutschland and Pfaff Silberblau.
