Responsible for multiple high level programmes and projects in the Operational directorate. Examples include the closure of Terminal 1 at Heathrow airport and subsequent move of flights to Terminal 3 and 5, and the Operational Improvement programme looking specifically at towing performance across Heathrow. Both involved significant project planning, stakeholder management and risk and issue resolution.

Day-to-day running of the Baggage Logistics Department with 300+ employees, a spend Budget of £10 million and a pivotal role to play in Baggage delivery at Heathrow Airport with ultimate delivery of all departmental KPIs including Safety, Budget and Punctuality.

Development and management of the local Business Plan Roadmap and ensuring Team Manager Portfolio stakeholders and wider Ramp Handling Management Team are delivering programme objectives, escalating as appropriate.

Resource planning and improving the working practices of operational staff at Heathrow, with the aim of improved performance and reduced costs.

To improve existing financial reporting and KPI framework for all crew costs
