Leading the integration of the new company in the Fossil Group. Review the companies processes and reorganize departments; Coordinate and assist Strategy finding process; Integration accounting team of new subsidiary in financial reporting structure of Fossil; Consultant for administration issues in all departments – improving people’s skills; Improvement and documentation of warehouse & logistic processes;

Perform monthly close and financial reporting of FGE & supervision of these functions at other Central European companies; Coord. of Shared Service Acc. team in Germany and the local Swiss finance teams; Budgeting & Forecasting; Treasury and admin. tasks (e.g. audit, tax, legal); Stabilization and improvement of accounting and financial planning process and the underlying operational processes; Close cooperation with the EU warehouse, after sales facilities & the FI-teams in other Sub & HQ Dallas

Monthly close and financial reporting; Budgeting & Forecasting; Treasury & admin. tasks (audit, tax, legal, etc.); Sales analyses NO-time & X-time; Payroll for NO-time, X-time and Fossil Group Europe; HR related activities such as recruiting, implementation of an employee handbook, employee performance evaluation tool, etc.; Implementation of Processes and guidelines; Coordinate Strategy finding process for both wholesale and retail business; System integration Stores POS to ERP system
