Non-Profit Consulting in Fundraising and Strategy with a focus on Faith-Based Christian organizations.

As a manufacturing sales representative, I sell goods from manufacturers to distributors and wholesalers. In my day-to-day, I contact customers, explain product features, negotiate wholesale prices, and recommend ways to promote products for buyers. Some of my key learnings have been B2B sales, determination, and relationship management.

As school representative, it is my job to represent the organization's interests to the public and create new business opportunities. Since starting with MTI, I have had over 400 appointments in which I represented MTI in public. Some of the groups I meet with include but are not limited to high school classes, teachers, counselors, non profits, and community organizations. I seek out, organize, and schedule every appointment myself.

As Capital Campaign Director for YWAM Salem, i manage the day-to-days of our fundraising campaign as well as oversee the expansion projects we fundraise for. Over the last year in this role, i have supervised everything from stewarding donor relations and new donor acquisition over meetings with our land use attorneys and working with hydrogeologists to in detail planning of our proposed buildings with architects and everything else you can imagine happening in a development campaign.

Managing YWAM Salem's Student Communications department.

Worked within the Student Communications department contacting leads who have expressed interest in training schools through YWAM Salem's various marketing platforms. Using the CRM Salesforce, would call dozens of potential students a day and walking them through our enrollment process, while communicating the vision and values of YWAM Salem & our training schools, taking well kept follow up notes, and logging activities that we have with the leads.
