As Lead Account Manager I have full responsibility over commercial activites of Visteon's interior products to Ford Motor Co. I have a small team of Associate Account Managers covering new business pursuits, current models and service devision.

Visteon introduced a three-year restructuring plan to implement a more proper business environment in alignment with the customer needs and market circumstances. As part of restructuring initiatives, a new group was formed where Visteon concentrated in one hand all manufacturing strategy and its execution function. Within the newly created division I was dedicated as Project Manager in alignment with corporate strategy, work out regional plans to achieve corporate goals

Visteon won a new Fuel Delivery Module business from Mazda/Ford, namely B2e platform (Mazda2 / Ford Fiesta). I was appointed as Project Leader to co-ordinate the program introduction in Hungary and in China. My role is to manage the production set up in Hungary from program management point of view, besides improving the financials by cost save ideas. The activity spreads from quotation up to the result follow-up of the business after being implemented as mass production.

I used to work as Financial Analyst, my tasks: daily, monthly, quarterly, annual actual reporting to the top management, making budget and forecast, controlling project spending, being involved in new business quotation submission, supporting with analysis production and MP&L.

I worked as a Material Analyst, being responsible for Fuel Delivery Module (Ford, Jaguar programs) covering the whole logistic process of production and all related fields such as scheduling, material follow-up, production planning, - based on sensitively followed customers’ requirements and the changes, end-item allocation, participation in running design changes and set-up new programmes, inventory optimisation, cost reduction, etc.
