Teamlead SAP Application Service for FI Accounts Payable / Receivable, Travel & Expense, Intercompany Invoicing. Global responsibility for the IT operation of FI Transactional Accounting systems with a strong SAP focus. Lead a global team with team members in Germany, Spain and the US.

Various Project Management Roles for the SAP roll-in and carve-out of several legal entities in Germany, Spain, US, and the Philippines as well as for a large release change of a global SAP system from 4.6 to ECC6.0. Led project activities comprising scoping, requirement specification, solution development, testing, training, cutover and migration, go-live and hypercare. Globally rolled out a new Accounts Payable Workflow.

Development and global rollout of an SAP based tool for intercomapy invoice exchange. Strategic Development Project with SAP for processes of internal deliveries.
