Operative responsibility for the innovation & product development process. Furthermore involved in reengineering, managing and modeling of company's business processes.

Establishment of an innovation lab in the R&D area. Facilitator of innovation workshops. Contact person as well as trainer for development and quality methods in the Research & Development incl. exploration, evaluation, implementation. Further development of process management methodology, including planning and coordination of process activities and identification of Improvement potentials and conformance to current automotive standards and customer-specific requirements (CSRs).

As team lead and technical expert in the R&D department I am responsible for developing advanced connection technologies, e.g. new contact elements for automotive wiring harnesses. Plan and coordinate resources within the team. Deriving, communicating and reviewing the key performance indicators (Q, C, T) of development projects. Coordinating, communicating and making decisions with team as well as with department and division management. Conflict moderation within the team and externally.

Development of new contact elements for aluminum wire harnesses incl. process development with the plants and at the machine supplier. Execution and moderation of method based analysis workshops and improvement of processes with e.g. 5 Why, Ishikawa, DoE in the plants worldwide. Planning, execution and evaluation of experimental designs using statistical design of experiments. Conduct techdays at customer sites in America (Detroit) and China (Shanghai).

Project engineer for the Auto-Kabel Management GmbH; as a statistical engineer and technical expert in the R&D department I am responsible for developing new bonding technologies for electrical cables and wiring systems (e.g. battery cables with aluminium conductors) used in the automotive industry. Additionally my tasks include developing and conducting experimental designs as well as evaluating the gathered statistical data regarding the development and controlling of products and processes.

Project engineer for the Ford-Werke GmbH; production monitoring to ensure proper installation of sound package and other NVH related components; planning and carrying out studies regarding vehicle acoustics; analysis and support of vibration measurements (e.g. 4-Poster-Test-Rig, test track); vehicle evaluation to ensure continuously high level of interior noise regarding Squeak & Rattle; investigation and definition of NVH problems of vehicle systems and components throughout whole product lifecycle.

Bachelorand, studentischer Mitarbeiter und Masterand in der Abteilung "Vehicle Interior Technologies". Thema der Bachelorarbeit: "Haptische Wahrnehmung des Stick-Slip-Effektes an Oberflächen"; Thema der Masterarbeit: "Entwicklung eines Verfahrens zur Messung der vom Menschen wahrgenommenen Akustik von Oberflächen".
