My role is to ensure the correct talent pool is identified, research is thoroughly conducted, and shortlists selected for each project including extensive yet digestible screening notes. Key to my success in this is coming up with creative, unconventional solutions, often from outside of the industry, to open up the talent pool; searching the nooks and crannies for the very best talent across the UK and global markets.
