In the "Dream Resorts and Hotels" department, I was responsible for site analysis, the development of strategic tourism and real estate products, research on current and future tourism/recreation trends as well as consultation with different stakeholders. My background as a urban and regional planner allowed me to develop holistic tourism projects with a focus on sustainability and place making.

As part of a wider network, I worked with Kevin Murray Associates on a range of planning projects ranging from national consultation to site specific applications, such as town extensions, planning permissions and urban design studies. The work was heavily focused on consultation processes with various stakeholders (executives, council members, business community and residents) for which our team developed creative engagement techniques.
