Development, launch and management of several interactive websites, including management of related call center team. Hiring and training of new staff (meeting and events services). Contact for client compliance and regulatory departments in relation to reporting and audit requests.

Responsible for every aspect related to the planning, execution and follow up of pharmaceutical symposia, advisory boards, investigator meetings, speaker programs/webinars and speaker trainings. Interfaced with high profile pharmaceutical clients and managed ongoing client relationships by working in close conjunction with company’s CEO, CFO, director team, design, IT and medical content departments.

Responsible for national and international medical training courses and industrial exhibits ensuring the successful and timely preparation, execution and follow up of the events. Communication with physicians, nurses and pharmaceutical exhibitors/sponsors, site inspection/selection, controlling of budgets and invoices, coordination of all external service providers, travel and hotel arrangements, training and supervision of new hires and support staff, CME accreditation.

Administrative and organizational support for the production of documentaries, series and music shows broadcasted on National and Regional Public Television.

Internship in sales, marketing and operations departments.

Ensured safety and delivery of high-end service on short-haul flights within Europe and to Northern Africa working with international crews. Completed certification for three airplane types supervising and serving as the only flight attendant (Saab 340), in a team with one other colleague (Saab 2000), or with 3-4 colleagues (AvroRJ100).
