1. Verantwortlich für alle Einkaufsaktivitäten von neuen Projekten (NPI Projekte) und laufenden Projekten (ONS Projekt_ Operational Network Strategy) 2. Erstellen und Ausführen eines Beschaffungsplans gemäß den Projektanforderungen, einschließlich Lieferantenauswahl, Zielkosten, Qualität und Projektzeitplanung usw 3. Als Business Partner, Verwaltung aller Lokalen Beschaffungsprojekte und direkten Beschaffungsprojekte in PEKING und Unterstützung anderer beschaffungsbezogener Aktivitäten vor Ort

1. Integrieren der Optimierung des Design-Kost mit dem Engineering-Team und den Lieferanten während der Entwicklung der Core Plattform 2. Führen von einem Strategieeinkauf in der frühen Phase der Projektentwicklung und ausführen RFQs für globale und regionale Commodity mittels globalen Kategorie-Team 3. Organisierung und Unterstützung von VA / VE-Workshops in Bezug auf Projekt Milestone mit Lieferanten. Proaktive Teilnahmen an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Programmen, Produkten, Prozessen & Tools.

1. Manage new projects from kick-off until successful launch to mass production 2. Monitor and execute all development activities, including gathering and tracking of all product, material and process specification 3. Lead project team, assuring fulfilment of targets regarding project budgets and agreed time schedules 4. Identify and communicate critical project issues, collaborate with internal team (TE, QC, PE, Planning, production) to solve them in time, etc

1. Outsource, develop and approve suppliers; 2. Lead internal team and collaborate with suppliers to determine the most cost-effective supply solution; 3. Generate and implement 12 months business purchasing plan; 4. manage achievement of all projects milestones related to suppliers; 5. Structure and manage local and oversea suppliers; 6. Analyze and monitor the monthly financial reports, make sure the target saving is achieved.

1. Be responsible for design verification and approval of new PCBA platform and Electronic components; 2. Lead and manage cost-reduction projects; 3. Be responsible for quality improvement projects; 4. Benchmark competitors’ products; 5. Field analysis of defective PCBA; 6. Manage& Supervise Trial and Pilot runs

1. Support & get orders from front end sales, and guarantee all requests (product specification, product quality, lead time, etc) that can be met; 2. Focus on customers’ issues, helping customers to optimize their product design and improve product function; 3. Provide input solution, fulfilling customers’ requests for Silicon Keypad and Connectors; 4. Sourcing suppliers to get the products that customers specify and negotiate the price to maximize the profit;

Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for new products introduced and latest technology transferred into factory; 2. Develop and optimize products to meet customer’s expectation, establish friendly customer relationship; 3. Make plans and co-ordinate with internal departments, and lead them to achieve the target for both customer and company; 4. In charge of performing continuous improvement action to establish most efficient working process to make best use of company’s resources
