-Developed a framework for medical specialty classification in Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) by addressing inherent class imbalance to enhance healthcare decision-making. -Directed a study focused on technical and operational feasibility for digitizing the hospital’s data entry system. -Led a case study on optimizing supply chain efficiency, enhancing profitability, and improving inventory management by implementing a cash-on-delivery model.

Being the cultural ambassador of Pakistan, I participated in a cultural exchange program in Turkiye, collaborating with interns hailing from 10 different nationalities. Together, we explored the various historic cities of Turkey, weaving cultural threads and fostering cross-cultural understanding.

-As the only Pakistani intern selected at TAI TF-X (TUSAŞ Milli Muharip Uçak), I gained unparalleled experience working alongside the software engineering team. -Employed MATLAB to implement Kalman Filtering techniques for Sensor Fusion, a key feature for 5th-generation aircraft to optimize the pilot workload. -Gained valuable insights into the business improvement department, enhancing interdisciplinary expertise.

-Monitoring the productivity of Automation Machinery -Proposed and implemented process improvement techniques that reduced costs while maintaining quality standards for Adidas and Nike -Implemented 6S to create a safer, more organized working environment that maximizes productivity. -Effectively Implemented the ERP system in stitching lines. -Through data analysis, and techniques of Six Sigma, monitored the production and proposed incentive plans for enhancing capacities and production.

Undeterred by the challenge of implementing our vision for the challenge "Refugees – Reawakening Human Potential" , we rolled up our sleeves and executed the initial phase of the project with remarkable success. We then stood first in the national level competition and represented Pakistan as regional finalists at the prestigious HULT International Business School in Dubai, where we leveraged our skills and extensive networking to secure the necessary financial backing to drive our initiative forward.

I had the privilege of being on the organizing committee and hosting this 2-day conference. In addition to this as moderator of the paper presentation section, I ensured a smooth and engaging experience for all participants.
