Started out as a driver. My current role is an office assistant but i do drive time to time. Filing paperwork by customer/ vendor and then by invoice number, Checking that paperwork is correct before filling. Entering invoices/credits/bills into Quickbooks. Compiling monthly statements for our accounting dept. Helping at times restocking parts in assigned locations. Driving out to vendors to pick up parts or assisting with the pickup and drop off of Oncor vehicles.

Cashier/Customer Service/Front end lead was my position. Checking out customer purchases, answering phone calls, taking and processing returns, handling money and filling up registers. Making sure my team meets all expectations of the management from opening to closing.
