Project leader of plant launching Duties and functions: Launching of production and processes at the plant (BF): Investment plan for 5 years (CAPEX/OPEX); Headcount plan according forecasts; Project team coordination and planning; Documentation and instructions preparation; Benchmarking implementation from parent-plants; Work with suppliers.

Specification and document upgrade and management in the body shop; Serial life management; Leading performance projects (reduce cost for manufacturing; increase the efficiency of production); 3d modeling of equipment for body shop; Work with suppliers; Body shop line and welding posts automation. -> Duties as Project pilot: Leading of robotization projects in the body shop; Leading of new car integration to the conveyer in the body shop; Project team coordination and planning; Work with suppliers.

Concept planning, project planning, design verification, product verification, product qualification, mass production launching. Design of parts, assembles (3d and real samples), design of equipment for parts (molds for press/injection, vacuum forming, EPS molds), cooperation with local and import suppliers. Work-group management and department’s coordination during project leading. Making plan of works for new model production from test samples till MP. Support of manufacturing.
