In the "Life Solutions" market of Syensqo's global business unit "Specialty Polymers", I have global responsibility for a Strategic Key Account and several other accounts. This combines commercial, technical, stratagic and relationship aspects in collaboration with the customers, with internal project management. I also coordinate the strategic key account managers within "Life Solutions".

Account Executive with a 30 M€ Portfolio in Flavor and Fragrance, Monomer & Polymer and Agro & Pharma Markets. Managing commercial, technical and sustainability (carbon footprint) aspects. In unprecedented inflationary times, succeeded in passing on costs to customers while creating value for both customers and Solvay. Developed a customer as Key Account.

Mission as "Project Management Officer" (PMO) reporting to a Global Business Units' (GBUs) president: Coordinating the organization changes and ways of working for 2 GBUs right after having been united. Results: 1) Diagnosis of the GBUs strenghts and weaknesses. 2) Elaboration of new GBUs visions, governances, ways of working describing how to focus on customers, collaborate and "go beyond", materialized in revised working processes.

Responsibilities: - Identify, propose and support the development of new products and applications, - Coordinate technical service teams and manage transversal projects and priorities with R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Industrial, Marketing & Sales, - Support customers in products utilization, Promote products and innovations. Some results: - Elaborated a Strategy for Monomer Market Product range extension, now implemented. - 3 New Products launched - Polymerization inhibitor application test set up.

4 strategic projects in the polymerization inhibitor business - Petrochemistry additives. Objective: transform a business through service & innovation. Means: Coordinate teams of marketing, sales, supply-chain, industrial and R&D in Asia, Europe and America. Results: Customer needs identified worldwide. Business strategy validated. New Purity grade of TBC for butadiene, new physical forms of HQ and MEHQ for acrylic monomers: development, marketing positioning & commercial launch.

Project Manager "Fischer-Tropsch and Wax Hydrocracking - GtL": Strategic project for the partners Eni, Axens and IFPEN. Building and leading a team of 25 engineers, scientists and technicians to the validation of a 1st technology generation. Project Manager "Selective Hydrogenation": Changing a fundamental-research oriented project into a result-oriented R&D project, which led to a new reactor-internal gas-liquid distributor and 2 new catalysts, being now commercially used.
