Responsible for a sales & customer service department with approximately 45 people and 3 team leaders. Responsible for delivering sales across the danish market for a large B2B client as well as several NGO clients.

Responsible for executing turnaround of the BtC business as well as implementing a new online and offline marketing strategy. Reorganized the BtC sales team, recruited, trained and coached sales people while building a new sales culture.

Setting up the Business Development team. Defining strategy, goals, training schedules and doing sales coaching. Furthermore responsible for developing and implementing new processes for the company, while implementing and driving our CRM system.

Managed 15 salespeople while obtaining an annual budget of approx. 20 million DKK. Was responsible for the sales related and general development of my team, including sales coaching. Furthermore, I was responsible for developing and implementing a sales tool for use in the sales department. Was selected for a management mentorship program together with five other candidates.

Developed, the individual employees, sales skills and quality communications through sales coaching. Prepared development action plans for each employee and reported directly to the management on general development. Additionally responsible for ensuring an overall increase in sales, and participate and provide input to the company sales training.
