Management of Performance&Technology and Risk& Compliance department, project management, resource planning, personnel development, selling and business development, budget/ actual control. Focused on Internal Audit and Business Performance Services, experienced in Project Management and Organizational Development with international experience. Participated on engagements specializing in, but not limited to: buy-side - sell-side mandates, valuations, financial and operational risk management.

Competence of business processes, operations and initiatives of the Management Board. Support to the Supervisory Board and promotion of the communication and cooperation between the Management Board and the Supervisory Board. Representative of the Supervisory Board in day-to-day operations of the company.

• gathering data; • formatting of the documents (both languages); • daily legal research; • prepare bilingual contracts; • assistance to the attorney-at-law (different matters); • participate in meetings with clients and facilitate with negotiations; • supervise the entering and updating data into the database including clients, prospective clients, partners, other contacts (essential info and following up situation) • overall responsibility for other tasks in a practice group.

Leading audit projects, including organizing and monitoring work of the team, communicating with the client management and assisting the audit manager on solving the audit issues identified. The delivery of the highest quality audit services to the clients in consumer, industrial and finance markets (manufacturing, retail, insurance companies and investment funds). Experience in EU grants audits.
