- Support the COO and work in close partnership with the leadership team to prepare and implement HR strategy and policies - Manage all recruitment processes - Operational responsibility for all administrative personnel processes from recruitment to departure - Advise managers and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures and train employees about the common HR issues/topics.

- Managing a small team of 3-5 HR Managers and Recruiters - Designing and executing HR & Recruitment strategies - Acting as a hands-on recruiter for Middle+ positions, i.e. Product Manager, User Acquisition Manager, Data Analyst - Leading mass recruitment for entry-level positions twice a year, hiring from 30 to 100 people per season - Maintaining employee engagement and culture during COVID years and Russian invasion of Ukraine - Leading mental health support initiatives and awareness

- management of 3 Customer Support teams with a total of 35+ people − running of day-to-day activities: development and implementation of performance evaluation, bonus systems, onboarding of new employees; regular feedback sessions; reporting on teams’ KPIs; scheduling; − cooperation with IT department on functionality of our CRM, freelancer platform and iOS app, client-facing websites; bug reporting; manually testing new features; communicating updates connected to the weekly IT releases of new features
