Including risk mapping, the implementation of monitoring of controls, the monitoring of internal and external historical incidents and recommendations to the various stakeholders. • Create a SharePoint solution to track the activity and follow-up the surveillance change requests. • Draft procedures and documentation needed to perform Permanent Challenge tasks.

• Managed the Compliance training Microsoft SharePoint to work with local entities • Coordinated All Staff and Compliance Staff Training programs in both digital and face-to-face formats • Prepared PowerPoint presentations to lead transversal meetings • Followed up transversal projects between the Training Project Managers and the Marketing & Community Management team based in Paris and the Process & Monitoring team based in Lisbon
