Currently work defining various operational and business processes for different areas of the company, contributing to the continuous improvement of the same, identifying problems, making measurements, providing solutions and considering the implementation of internal control standards and legal regulations. - To gather, analyze and diagnose operational problems on business processes and management control, to allow cost reduction, increased efficiency and improved customer service.

I was part of the Global Knowledge Management Team. This team creates strategies and manages software and technologies to be able to gather expert’s technical, formal and informal knowledge across the company and make it accessible to others within it worldwide. This is carried out by using collaboration and social media applications based on Sharepoint among other technologies. I developed processes, procedures and analyzed possible improvements, developing solutions to performance problems.

I worked as Process and Systems Analyst in ERP implementations. I performed the analysis of different business processes and developed a design that had to reflect the needs of the client by customizing the system. I worked on projects related to Comercial, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Warehouse Management and Billing business processes among others. The Industries that I have worked for are: Consumer Products, Automotive and Utilities.

Predetermined Time System Method applied to systematization and determination of technical Specifications of Mar del Plata city Hospitals - Update Hospital building blueprints - Time and Cost Studies to determine the real supply requirements. This task required to develop a high flexibility in dealing with people from different backgrounds and behaviors, in addition to Microsoft Excel Application advanced knowledge to perform time and costs, calculations and planning.
