Ensure Visas Cashier and Class B cashier daily reconcile. Perform cash deposit in to the branch. Prepare bank reconciliation . Audit all the payments that were done through cashier. Control and maintain the budget for special visits. Prepare reports for the financial director. Reconcile liabilities account. Audit and clear discrepancies between accounting system and cashier system. Assign fiscal data from the Public Affairs budget.

Consolidate financial statements for the GE Power Division (Turbines) includes their accounts into the GE International financial statements. Review intercompany transactions as well as control them. Prepare report of funds and expenses for the Miami Headquarters of GE Power Division. Control and Audit administrative expenses from coordinators.

Prepare payments for vendors, employees and payroll. Register sales and cost of sales. Reconcile accounts receivable and payable. Perform physical inventories. Support internal and external audits. Prepare and consolidate financial statements for the different activities (restaurant, commissary, fitness, post service and video service) Perform different administrative activities.
