Responsible for entire project management from kick off until product launch in scope, time and on budget. Manage and lead of multiple global cross functional project teams that include representatives from R&D, Product Management, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, Supply Chain and external Service Providers in a matrix organization to create new products and services and ensure compliance to CE and FDA due to biocompatibility, risk management, sterilization validation, etc..

This position bridges the gap between engineering teams at Medela Switzerland and USA • Responsible to create, manage, and monitor project plans and resources to deliver new products and services in scope, on time and on budget into the US market. • Leading of international co-brand project with strategic OEM partner with up to 30 project members • Implementing of quality improvements initiatives based on complaint analyses and customer feedback

Leading of cross functional project team made of up to 15 members • Budget responsibility • Cost saving to former product • Rework of innovation process to be compliant with FDA 21 CFR 820 and training of internal staff
