Responsible to automate Accounting processes using Robotic Process Automation, specifically Alteryx. Included analysis, BRD and Solution Design, as well as testing, documentation and training. Managed a Project between eBay and Adyen to close a significant reconciliation gap. Handled close relationships with external stakeholders such as Genpact, Outsourced Accounting supplier, Dynpro, external IT provider and Adyen, Payment Provider to drive the desired results.
