- Monthly Analysis and reporting of Income Statement deviations in several legal entities in South American countries and Mexico. - Perform Year-end closing activities for South American countries and Mexico. - Support automation and enhancements of processes in Management Accounting area. - Coordinate and execute Secondary Business Invoicing for South American countries and Mexico. - Provide Budgeting and Forecasting support.

-Identify and analyze business processes to be improved (review and execution of Test Cases) -Identify risks and issues in business processes and systems (review of User Requirements, Functional Specifications and Risk Assessments) -Responsible of implementing E-Commerce tools (ECCO Portal). -Analyze data details and accuracy and oversee data mapping processes -Provide knowledge transfer to local order to cash team, support live countries and also help on the development of key users community

- Identify and analyze business processes to be improved improved (review of User Requirements, Functional Specifications and Risk Assessments). - Provide coaching and training to other employees on process improvement methodologies and tools. - Ensures appropriate process designs, including the correct business requirements. - Execution of informal tests.

- Enter and process all incoming orders in SAP. - Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports - Facilitate and lead multi-department huddles to ensure resolution of order issues - Continuously identify improvement projects to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience and company profitability

- Assist in the design, development and consensus-building needed to implement the processes based on the creation of vendors, customers and materials in all of the BI South American countries involved. - Provide MDM solutions for workflows, de-duplication, validations, etc. - Execution of Integration tests.

- Management of tickets related to incidents pertaining to operations in J&J Latin America, SAP FI functional support - level 2. - Elaborate technical and functional specification documentation to solve tickets. - Execution and elaboration of Unit and Integration tests to solve tickets and implement new functions. - Analysis and implementation of corrective and evolutionary enhancements.
