Since the begining of the year I have been studying German intensively and I am currently enrolled in an intensive German language class.

Oversaw day-to-day operations and provided leadership to Help Desk staff. Built the Help Desk staff from eight to over 40 student employees within one month. Developed the Student Help Desk, providing services to students which did not exist previously. Offered technical support to over 1,000 clients which resulted in improved client productivity. Served as key liaison between non-technical clients and technicians, giving clients a voice. Led, hired, managed, and trained novice employees in best practices.

Assisted the Registrar with all areas of student registration and records. Key coordinator of computer information systems. Managed a team of four full-time employees. Performed degree audits, ensuring that all requirements for graduation had been met. Served as Academic Advisor for more than 2,000 students in six MS degree, the MBA, and Advanced Graduate Certificate Programs, enabling students to fulfill their degree requirements. Promoted the retention of students through advising and student contact.
