In my current role I am responsible for our recruiting activities and processes worldwide and I work as an internal headhunter. I very much enjoy speaking with people about who we are, what our challenges are and how you can make a difference to our teams so you can support us in remaining the biggest coating resins company in the world!

* In charge of Industrial Coatings segment * Defining long term product portfolio evolution and innovation strategy on a global basis * Visiting customers to identify new opportunities, prioritize them and follow their technical development through a stage gate process * Creating value proposition and coordinating launch plan for new products * Defining Marketing & Communication plan (shows, advertisements, etc.)

Analysis of BU results and pricing. During the project I trained several sales managers at our worldwide locations how to use the new tool and analyze their data.

Third rotation in the CLDP program to the United States, Michigan at our Kalamazoo Plant. Team member, facilitator and contributor of large scale Workshops at several of our locations that yielded improvements in Capacity, Lean, Waste and others.

* Second rotation in trainee program in Austria * Project manager for European restructuring in Liquid Coating Resins Business * Working on Working Capital improvement projects and improvements in planning processes for the Werndorf plant, Austria

First rotation in trainee program in our Drogenbos plant, Belgium. I joined Cytec as a Customer Service Representative. Then I was involved in improvement project for sampling operations.
