Early 2011 Dytech has entered into the business of powder metal sinterized component. The new group division has three plant in Italy and it is currently producer of several component for automotive market as tier 1 and tier 2 and industrial market. For the Automotive market the main customer are power train division of Fiat, GM and Peugeot. My task is to follow the harmonization of present technical offices, standardize working method, application of new sw/hw systems.

Late 2008 former Dayco Fluid & Fuel division being merged in a new-co called Dytech. In the new organization I took the mentioned position with the title of director. This activity cover the responsibility of product development for the complete group, the main product lines are rubber hoses, hose assemblies, plastic lines e moulded plastic components.

The Fluid Division Technical department that I managed was responsible for the complete product development of the company, the core business were the air conditioning and power steering hose assemblies. Oil hose assembly, transmission oil cooler, engine oil cooler, active suspension are part of the portfolio too. The job role was the definition of the R&D guidelines, the readiness of running projects and the technical leading trough customers.

Jos role has been the management and coordination of laboratories activities. Budget and investment analysis, resource selection and management. Main activity has been the product qualification within customer Technical Departments. Laboratory ISO/TS certification has been achieved under my responsibility. In the same period I also worked as Project Leader for the Fluid Division R&D Department

Manager of the NVH Laboratory, resource management, laboratory coordination and investment definition. Project Leader for the Noise Tuning and R&D Project of the Fluid Division, main customer Audi, Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Lancia. NVH & Test Engineer in the company Acoustic Laboratory.
