Recovered client on-boarding project from Red to Green Additionally, led Organisation wide AWS-enabled change transformation programme. Initial on-boarding project then switched to AWS-enabled solution – managed re-plan exercise and led it. Retail system rollouts (POS), Electronic dispensing solutions in remote/rural, Transport tracking system selection and pilots (in truck dispatch systems), PM Data Centre relocation, PM Office relocation ($7M+).
