This is a multi-functional role where at the same time I work with the VP of Marketing and Sales on developing our strategic approach, and work with the team to turn strategy into reality. The key goal of all marketing and sales activities is to increase the number of ActiveCollab users.

At Oktopod Consulting we design marketing strategies focused on achieving our clients’ business goals. Performance is our key objective, and creativity the fuel that supports the results. I am leading a very talented team that adapts to each clients’ specific challenges and works hard to deliver the results. Our primary focus is helping B2B organizations get more clients, but we also have extensive experience with e-commerce stores.

This was a role with diverse responsibilities. From setting up processes and building a marketing team from the ground up, to developing strategies focused on supporting the sales efforts. My main focus was on setting up and optimizing lead generation initiatives to fill sales pipelines, and I achieved most success using business directories to get in front of prospects’ eyes.
