• Lead a team that manages and executes Avon's Business Strategy and Field Activation. • Design, implement and monitor Compensation Models of Field Sales Teams. • Develop and execute Business Strategy together with Marketing, Digital and Sales teams, working in matrix structure. • Plan, coordinate, execute and monitor quarterly Field Activation activities. • Perform Business and Financial analysis • Process and Project Management

• Design, calculate, implement and monitor motivational programs (incentives) for the multiple branches of Sales Teams. • Risk assessment and success rate calculation, analysis of investment and potential returns and increase in sales and other targeted KPIs. • Observe execution and provide post-evaluation analysis of investments in Field Sales Team. • Advisory role to the Management Team in both tactical and strategic investments.

Responsible for collecting and analyzing sales, activity and loyalty data. Creating business cases, calculating potential success and tracking results. Working on business process optimization and automation of reports.

Joined in 2007. to work on a project for a Ministry of Justice, Republic of Serbia. Project finished successfully in December 2007. In 2008. worked with Arius for a Ministry of Internal Affairs, on a project for new personal IDs and passports. Successfully finished large scale SOA project for Serbian Railways in 2009. During this period I did several small projects, mostly for private customers until I was employed in SBS for a full time job.
