I am accountable designing and implementing the Financial Accounting Operating Model across headquarters, divisions, countries and shared services (800 FTE). The model provides services to more than 4000 Bayer internal customers for around 350 Legal Entities and manages the delivery of actual financial data for compliant, accurate and complete financial statements, tax filings as well as for internal controlling, steering and forecasting purposes.
