Technical and contractual support to key customers with large fleets of buses under Full Service Contracts. Technical supervising over Full Service implementation. Direct reporting activity to Daimler Buses GmbH in order to propose and discuss solutions and quickly solve tecnhical issues. Experience with DE (diesel-electric) and FC (fuel cell) technology equipped buses in Milano. Support to Technical training session by key customers.

Supervising and co-ordinating maintenance services over ATAC’s fleet (consisting of 2711 buses). Analysing mechanical failure data in order to find critical behaviours due to weakness in maintenance procedures or in mechanical components . Dealing continuously with Fiat-IVECO and with EVOBUS- Mercedes-Benz in order to quickly solve problems during the warranty period. Planning and managing extra-ordinary reconditioning operations on Mercedes-Benz and Iveco-Irisbus fleets.

Trained Renault official workshops network personnel conducting both classroom and practical sessions. Courses delivered in Renault technical centres of Rome (mainly), Milan and Naples. Managed fleet disposition between the technical centre of Rome and the others in order to guarantee the needed support during workshop practical sessions.
