Working on the carve-out of Vodafone India. In this role I was leading the cave out of the Global HR Instance for Vodafone India to Idea. Key Achievements • Instigated good Project Management methodologies in order to ensure that all Risks and Issues were captured in a timely manner • Successfully planned and managed the UAT activities including providing support to the India based testing team • Created the HR Project Initiation Document resulting in stakeholder approval

Working on the Joint Venture of VodafoneZiggo (Transformation of local business processes into global common processes and implementation of a single Global SAP ERP instance). In this role I am leading the implementation of the Global HR Instance for VodafoneZiggo / Vodafone India Limited. From a project management perspective I am also responsible for the process transformation. Manage the implementation of the Global HR Solutions preparing for the Success Factors roll out in future.
