- Provision of technical services to external and internal customers in the EMEA markets - Identify local technical market trends and requirements concerning products; care for adaption of these trends in new/changed products - Guide local adaptation of EMEA legal and normative requirements

- Technical customer support to the sales force in case of technical problems using all available tools - Creating technical reports if requested by customers and/or sales force to support our technical position and image - Support analysis and evaluations of “competitive environment” in close cooperation with European Technical Marketing Management
