Planned periodic maintenance, inspections, and measurements required for OHS within the workplace and monitored their implementation. Ensured risk assessments were conducted across all departments, provided recommendations for necessary preventive measures and followed up on their implementation.

Responsible for coordinating with the internal sales and export sales teams for planning the production of marble from quarries, optimizing raw material stock levels based on demand, and planning transportation organization.
