Implemented new processes and empowered teams from sales, marketing, operations and IT in oder to produce new products, to strenghten USP of GHP in direct marketing industry.

Established team of electricians to assure entire production site and infrastructure was performing excellent. Further developed the machinery through engineering and implementing new technologies.
