Michal Kossowski

I lead start up and development of a shared service function for SIX Group. My job includes leadership of the local team, recruitment, financial control, budget management, IT and office management and strategical development of service centre functions.

My experience includes: leading and participating in multiple IT projects, leading and motivating IT teams, creating and executing strategy for IT departments, ensuring stable and high quality IT delivery including recruitment, business development and sales, contract negotiations, representing the company at venues and events.
