Lead frontend and backend payment teams at RaiseNow, a payment processor and acquirer for fundraising and donations. I drive the design and implementation of payment processing and acquiring solutions, contribute to PCI-DSS and compliance topics, and ensure scalability, reliability, and security of our cloud-native, event-driven SaaS platform. I also support hiring and onboarding and collaborate with Product, Design, and GTM teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

ATM transaction processing. Team size of 6-8 members, part of a team 24-large. I spend most of my time on designing software and/or systems, coaching developers and discussing specifications. The rest is dedicated to hands-on coding, tasks reviews and, when needed, to hiring. I coordinate communication and processes with distributed co-workers in many timezones and release software for worldwide customers for mission-critical production code: scalable and efficient solutions for Web Applications.

ATM transaction processing. I replaced much of the legacy codebases and set up modern processes for testing and for the release of software. • Modernization of outdated monolith APIs and Web Applications (.NET, PHP) into modern solutions • Design and implementation of CI/CD systems/servers for the whole team • Design and implementation of test suites and testing strategies for unit and integration testing (Java) • Optimization of requirements gathering, product management and software development processes

Development of customer-facing websites and APIs for a Telco. I was responsible for the eCommerce websites and web services. I collaborated in scoping new features, assessing and consulting on service providers. I have driven UI and UX decisions for the products. Finally, I also managed a project with an external design agency to redesign and launch the new websites.

Website projects for customers in the arts, startups and small business in London. I have worked together with a graphic designer as a business partner under Studio Durante.

I was employed by this start-up in London as Frontend developer and Web designer intern. I worked on websites for clients in fashion, luxury retail and technology.

I gained professional experience whilst studying by working on a contract-basis for the University. I joined the in-house development team and shadowed a senior developer to work on online learning platforms dedicated students and tutors.
