Measurement of mitochondrial membrane potential after stimulation with LED via flow cytometer. The main tasks were isolating of leukocytes of whole blood and establishment of a measurement for flow cytometer. Other tasks: statistical evaluation via GRAPHPAD, performing of proliferation and viability assay, SDS page, Western Blot

As a non-scientific technical assistant (student assistant) my main task was the purification of antibodies. Further important tasks were: BCA-analysis, SDS-Page, various work with bacteria and preparation of solutions.

At first, a member of Staff, I was appointed different tasks, such as cloakroom attendant, assign seating, supporting the orchestra and evening box-office. Then from 06/2009 as a Supervisor i was managing a team of 25. As an organizer of the Classic Art Vienna concerts, I was responsible for planning and organizing the staff: the orchestra, dancers, and employees. Other important tasks were co-ordination of the tasks for the staff and control of the working process.
