- Supporting the growth of existing Fleet Management customers by following up on tool exchanges, renewals and extensions - Providing exceptional customer service in all interactions (processing new agreements/contracts, invoicing support and special requests etc.) - Running end of month and beginning of month transactions in SAP - Managing the loan tool pool - Finding trends within Fleet Management, as well as implementing them to better the existing service
