• Achieved the following milestones in central zone of PTCL in 2019: • Improved network availability from 99.91% to 99.92% • 19% reduction in optical fiber cuts • Data analysis of network health, outages to highlight operational hazards and key opportunities. • Coordination with HQ & regions for preventive maintenance activities and operational requirements. • Presenting EVP Technical on network performance, improvement activities and operational trends by data analysis on weekly basis.

• Completed the project of 113 microwave links to enhance back-haul media of PTCL in time. • IP planning, connectivity and server installation for Network Management System (NMS) for microwave links • Deployed more than 30 microwave links and towers for corporate customers with multiple vendors like IBM, ZTE, Huawei, NERA, IDAP. i.e., PKLI Radio solution, SKMCH, Superior University • Awarded 'Best Employee of the Quarter' in Project management & Enterprise' domain of PTCL
