Evaluations of design consultants’ progressive payment requests. Production of weekly and monthly progress reports to client.

Contractual correspondence with the Client, local authorities and other entities. Preparation of contract documents. Work schedule and budget preparation BOQ reviews and unit price studies. Sub contractors and designer selection, detailed evaluation reports. Construction management of the fit out process as the managing contractor. Reviewing monthly payment reports & change orders. Material procurement management. QA/QC management Design Management including reviewing and coordinating design documents
