Work closely with the Group HR Director on building the global talent strategy and develop initiatives toward attracting and retaining the best talents, build and implement the employer branding strategy and supporting activities to ensure MSLGROUP is an employer of choice (including management of online reputation through Linkedin and the career website)

Build and develop corporate HR policies ensuring compliance with Publicis Groupe’s policies, develop the HR practice in Singapore and expand APAC HR projects (training, induction, employee engagement,...)

Assist the Senior HR Manager on developing the HR practice in the network, integrate and animate the interns community (around 50), helping on ad-hoc recruitments (finance, communication), Create communication tools for the International HR network

Role based in Poland but directly reporting to the Program Manager in Boston, USA, prepare and implement the Programme from A to Z: the orientation week, the mid-service conferences and the end-of-service conferences for the 15 volunteers

Assist expatriates and inpatriates from large MNCs on their arrival and departure from France (includes home finding, insurance paperwork, answer ad-hoc questions they might have) In charge of the MOBILI-PASS files (process of refunding for the agency fares), recruit and train one bilingual assistant and two interns, follow-up on 50 expats’ leases (home insurance, relations with landlord, maintenance of gas heating system…)
