Identify, research, analyse and develop marketing and sales measures, strategy & methods and execute implementation, including analysis and improvement measures, according to corporate guidelines and company strategies and campaigns, in close interaction with management and sales team. Communicate and interact company internally and publish and promote externally to clients, media, etc. to enhance the corporate brand awareness and sale of the company’s products and services in Australia.

Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing team’s motivation and skills, by counselling and development individuals and groups on product knowledge and sales and marketing techniques etc. Further I am responsible to define and implement strong and distinctive corporate branding strategies. Coordinating communications with our clients and national and trade press. I am managing tender responses from our clients. Currently I am working with a small team of 10 people.

I have been responsible for researching, planning and coordinating marketing campaigns (trade shows, E-Mail Campaigns, Social Media etc.) to drive Company’s growth. Coordinated and developed websites and the production of marketing materials (service brochures, flyers, sales battle cards, website content and client presentations). Further, I created and managed press releases, blogs and social media, scheduled meetings for sales executives and made campaign pitches to upcoming projects.

I have been responsible for rolling out and managing BI Tool Project in the Project Accounting Department. Further the day to day responsibilities have been to manage massive construction sites- with the latest updates: budget, represent forecast, and establish client profiles and analytical information.

I have been editing and reporting a monthly e-newsletter with an overview of budget, analyses, costs and savings of construction sites to the management level.
