- Main point of contact for hiring managers and department directors to advise and coordinate hiring needs, organizational changes and recruiting strategies - Manage global recruitment processes from profile definition to selection, offer, negotiation and closing of hiring’s in all functions for the Bank - Planned and executed national and international on-campus recruitment events - Perform detailed reference checks/analysis on selected candidates

- Business development for Swiss German market, managing and developing a book of clients - National and international talent headhunting with specialization on technical positions - Managing recruitment processes from A-Z (requirement taking, sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, client consulting, references, fee negotiations, follow up) - Applied state of the art sourcing strategies (eg. professional networks, etc.) - Coaching of junior colleagues and trainees

- New client prospecting, follow-up and developing customer loyalty - Client appointments, writing commercial proposals and price negotiation - Sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting and coaching applicants - Verification of references and writing interview summaries (competency-based) - Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates and conduct hired applicants follow-up
