• Train improvement agents and site's personnel on Continuous Improvement Tools like PPS-Workshops, 5S, Awareness Day • Identify non-value added Processes and critical process Improvement • Partner with various departments and teams on critical, complex and/or strategic improvement • Support Problem solving Process • Lead Improvement Workshops to increase efficiency and decrease Production hours, support Project management and functions to achieve set targets

Creating and maintaining the Master Production Schedule (so called Doc # 14), which reflects all contract requirements • Using the Master Production Schedule to create, publish and maintain: • the scheduling strategy, which defines batches of parts and minor sub-assemblies (so called Doc # 15) • Monitoring and controlling the progress of all fabrication, assembly, and final assembly operations • Managing the implementation of Contract Variation Orders and design changes
