Responsible for developing and coordinating a programme to connect knowledge, skills and people to develop innovation across the organisation.

Engaged stakeholders and provided analysis in a research project commissioned by the Carnegie UK Trust to identify unmet rural needs. Facilitated storytelling with community groups and members of the public as part of the First Political Memory initiative in partnership with Operation Black Vote.

Facilitated focus groups and workshops with local authorities, graduates & members of the public on the State of Trust and Working Progress projects. Worked with community groups on the Glasgow 2020 consultation. Organised a deliberative event to shape research for the Talk Us Into It project. Provided quantitative analysis and identified typologies to inform proposals for the Skills Paradox and Change Within reports.
