My postdoctoral research is focussed on the development of novel diagnostic tests to identify antibiotic resistance, characterization of new antibiotic resistance mechanisms and host-pathogen interactions of the bacterial pathogen Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Furthermore, I am mentoring and supervising junior team members on their research projects to ensure timely project completion.
